?Khristinovskoe? Research Farm? State Enterprise of Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics of the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences started its work on December 25, 1945. At that time, four sections were included into the state farm. The total land use area was 2,537 hectares. At the time, the state farm was awarded for high achievements with Lenin Jubilee Medal and Honorary Certificate of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and All-Union Central Council of Trade-Unions. The farm also became the Winner of the All-Union survey on rising the farming standards, and was entered into the region book of Lenin Labor Glory. 000000005

From 1983 to 1999, Mr. Nickolay Arkhipovich Peredriy comes to the enterprise. Under his leadership, the farm has continued to build production facilities and housing and communal services, and to put them into operation. Systematic fulfillment and over-fulfillment of products manufacturing and sales plans positively affected the profits which were increasing every year.

And then, there were hard days of renaming and resubordination, until the name ?Khristinovskoe? Research Farm? State Enterprise of Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics was approved, which is still in place. The farm has the status of a stud farm for raising of Ukrainian red spotted dairy breed. ?Khristinovskoe? Research Farm? State Enterprise is one of the national leaders in the field of dairy cattle breeding.

From September 15, 2006 to September 23, 2011, Mr. Nikolay Arkhipovich Peredriy returned to leadership again. And the farm, deserted during previous years, again started to return its achievements.

Since September 24, 2011 and up to now, the farm has been headed by a young, energetic and persevering leader, Mr. Peredriy Nikolay Nikolayevich. For quite short time of his leadership, the farm operation efficiency measures significantly increased. Based on the activity results of 2012, ?Khristinovskoe? farm has some of the best indices of economic activity among agricultural enterprises of the territory. Thus, the planned yield income was exceeded almost 1.5 times and payroll budget increased by 765 thousand hryvnias during the year. Average monthly wage of the employees of the enterprise exceeded average payment for labor in the industry by 273 hryvnias, which, certainly, stimulates its employees to improve their labor achievements. Cattle number increased up to 1,000 animals, including cows up to 350. Milk yield per cow increased up to 6,500 kg. In fact, this is the fulfillment of the ?Food Program?, given that the absence of milk and meat deficit, and, ultimately, the pricing policy, depends on the enterprise development. Besides, the farm actively cooperates with the scientists from Institute of Farm Livestock Genetics and Breeding, and has a plan of stock breeding work with a herd of cattle till 2015.

Shift in power, new approaches to animal breeding development, continuous monitoring of development dynamics and hard work of experts and workers, with 100% provision of high-quality feeding-stuffs by plant cultivation division, contributed to a significant success of the enterprise in such a short period.
